Welcome to Estates Land & Property Ltd, our offices are based in Peterborough City Centre.
ELP started in May 2009 by the founders and in the same office as a sister company of a well known Practice of Surveyors and Architectural staff.
Barry Nicholls realised the need to provide a one stop shop for people wishing to buy and build their dream home on their plot of land whilst at the same time realising that the availability of good plots of land and sites was in short supply and could remain so.
Plots in attractive villages are hard to find and ELP has an established network of clients who look to them to acquire planning on such land and sell it on their behalf.
